Random Act of Christmas Kindness

During Advent we prepare for the birth of Jesus. We often become distracted with the commercial aspect of this holiday. So to remember the true meaning of this special time of year we are going to begin R.A.C.K. (Random Acts of Christmas Kindness) and continue until Christmas Break.

First, we brainstormed lots of ways we could practice Random Acts of Christmas Kindness both in and around our school. We discussed how something seemingly small, like smiling at someone, or saying "thank you", can warm their heart and bring a smile to their face!
Each day, the classroom leader will open an envelope with a task and the students will perform this task (at home or school).
Our first random act is...
"Ask someone if they need help with anything."

Every evening ask your child what their Random Act is for the day.
