Our Grade 2 Explorers researched a country of their choice, put together a poster and then presented their information to the class. This cross-curricular activity was literacy (making a non-fiction media poster, reading and oral & visual presentation) and social studies (learning about features of communities around the world). Students were very excited to share all of the interesting facts they learned.
